Terms of Service — AlphaPulse

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. What AlphaPulse is

AlphaPulse is an early-stage cryptocurrency token scanner. It surfaces new and fast-moving tokens with scores and market data drawn from public sources such as DexScreener and CoinGecko. AlphaPulse is part of the Nova family of tools and is operated by Paul Geller of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, USA. By using AlphaPulse you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

AlphaPulse is for informational and educational purposes only. Its scores, signals, and listings are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Early-stage tokens are extremely high risk — the majority lose most or all of their value. Always do your own research, and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Subscriptions and pricing

The free tier includes a limited number of scans per day. Paid plans:

Prices are in US dollars, shown in the app and at checkout, and subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

4. Free trial and billing

Paid plans include a 3-day free trial: cancel during the trial and you are never charged; otherwise the first payment is taken when the trial ends. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record — we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions bought inside the Android app are billed through Google Play. You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Data accuracy

Market data comes from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Scores are computed from that data and are not a prediction of future prices. We are not responsible for losses from decisions made using the app.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use AlphaPulse for anything illegal, to disrupt or overload the service, or to scrape it in ways that degrade it for others. You must be 18 or older to use the paid features.

7. No warranties; liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Questions: paulgeller39@gmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
